Pick the strains in my next run

Hi RIU community,

Im about to embark in my first run of hydroponics, as i used to only run soil and hempy buckets.

Just as an FYI, I will be running either DWC buckets or Flood and Drain tables, unsure yet. And I will be running 2x600w. Any other questions about my setup, just ask.

I have a bunch of seeds and I am unsure of which to run first, so Ill let you guys decide.

Ive broken them down into smaller sets of lists to help make it easier.

I will be running the top 5 or 6 of them in my next grow and will be keeping a grow journal.

All of the below are fem seeds unless labeled as regular (reg)

In no particular order:

Tier 1
HSO Blue Dream, HSO Green Crack, HSO Sour Blueberry, Delicious Sugar Black Rose

Tier 2
Emerald Triangle Blueberry Headband, G13 labs Blue Venom, G13 Labs Pineapple Express

Tier 3
Cali Con GSC (Reg), Emerald Triangle G13xBlueberry, Dinafem Cheese, DNA Tangilope

Tier 4
G13 Labs C99, G13 Labs Gigabud, G13 labs White Lavender, TH Seeds Critical HOG

Tier 5
G13 Blueberry Gum, Emerald Triangle OG Critical(reg), Strain Hunters Flowerbomb Kush

As you can see, I have a lot of seeds to go through.

Ideally, It would be best to vote for 5-6 total or one from each tier, something like that.

Just type out your votes in a response and ill keep a running tally throughout. This is faster than me typing them all out into a poll. :mrgreen:

Im going to leave the voting up for about a week or so, maybe until July 4th.

Personally the only one I'd say run is the DNA. Now I've ran 1 gigabud (not bad, not good quick flowing, and a fruit smell). The critical hog microseeded itself and was indica, but not really strong. I grew an hso, it would have been a good commercial crop, not great but had big buds, looked good, and got ya stoned while having a smell/taste. So perhaps you may strike some gold, I wish you luck in your endeavour.

Had one free Tangilope and it never sprouted. Only one out of 6 I tried to germ that garden that didn't come to fruition. Sounded pretty good but oh well.

Thats a bummer man, sorry to hear that. Hopefully mine will sprout and take off, because it seems like that's a crowd favorite lol

Tangilope is only one REALLY interesting to me. Well, I'd probably go with the C99 too because it's hard to fuck it up, although I did see one person disappointed with G13's version. How hard is it to S1 a good cut? Probably just some bad luck there unless they aren't really selling C99 which seems unlikely given how widely available it is from a lot of different sources.

I'd probably pop the blueberry x headband also. Blueberry does really well in crosses. And headband is a good plant that they probably actually have. I'd imagine there will be some hermaphrodites in that line though I'd be careful and keep a close eye.

I didn't have great luck with Pineapple Express. There could be some potential there, but I wouldn't bother trying again personally as the plants I had I couldn't even smoke they smelled/tasted so bad. The effect wasn't really there either. Good bag appeal and yield. If they have actual pineapple phenotypes (which btw are common in C99) it could be decent or even good, but I'd search elsewhere for that Pineapple flavor personally....

Alright guys, I'm gonna close this vote on Friday July 4th and then pop the seeds this weekend.

I'll be keeping a journal this time around, so stick around for that if you're interested.
