Too bad we don't have a section for that. I have to get in a bit of business travel, for work. I learned long ago, I don't have to hang out with them night and day, so I don't.

I prefer to disappear and I do, and I have build a cred on, "never seen him, who knows?" I don't even let language stop me. Wander around in Russia, or France? I like it. I can drive on the left, even.

IAC, I have to go to Chicago for a few days, soon. Office is by the airport, I don't want to stay around it.

So, what is the cool area to stay in Chicago? I can stay there.

oh and just a little tip from a native dweller in the Chi for ya, the north side of town is where are the fun clubs and bars and most LEGAL activities are. the south side of town is the most convenient and more upstanding neiborhoods (hyde park, kenwood, china town, bronzeville to name a few). stay the hell AWAY from the west side i haven't been out that way in 14 years.
