Feeding autos

I got 2 sweet seeds black cream autos on the go, if you are interested feel free to check out my journal.

They are only about 7 days from sprout, dont worry im not thinking about feeding them yet i just give them water for now.
Im wondering that because they preflower around 25-30 days is it a good idea to introduce weak veg nutes just before and during stretch to get the plants bigger?
How do you guys feed your autos veg nutes? This is my first auto grow so im curious

week 2 -1.3
first signs of flowering 7 days later big bud for 5 days 1.4
week 5 flowering pk 13/14,up to 1.4
