jack herrer problem

i am in 12/12 and day 90..i saw in most of my jack herrers in the top no buds but small balls like seeds... why this thing? i think that they are dieing maybe? i will upload a photo tommorow..please help me not to do it again...

dude its a male by the sounds of things dude at the time of 90 days there should be big buds. but BALLS its make get it out there an hope it never burst its load on your females or you in the dog house
