Floralicious plus? What's the point?

Can anyone explain the purpose of gh floralicious plus. It seems it's an organic additive. It came with my gh flora series nutes which isn't organic. So why would I add a organic supplement in a non organic hydroponics reservoir? Either way I added some at 1/4 strength just because the label sounded good, but now my reservoir stinks an hour after adding it. Will this be a problem? I just don't get the point of using it in hydro I guess, so has anyone used it before in a non organic hydroponics system?

I don't grow without it.
It's got either humic or fulvic acids (can't remember which) which act as chelating agents to help the rest of your nutrients be assimilated better at a wider nutrient range.
Full of amino acids, to boost terpene and oil production.
Also has Bacillus to fight bad shit in your res, boost roots, and helps your plants take up nutrients better.
Healthier plants, larger yield, higher potency, and better smelling buds.
Smells a bit, but it's BOMB shit in Hydro.
Expensive as hell but worth it.

Use it at full strength. Don't go over, it's potent.

i have been useing it for about 2 years and the shit rocks and wouldent go without it it makes ur leaves soooo green also the tast that it gives the herb is amazing and i use it solo to raise my seedlings they boom so the point is that it rocks when u even use it as a combo with rizo flora and h/g roots xl

Damn, that does sound good. Thanks for the info, it smells wicked bad, but if it has so many positive things about it I'll keep using it for my current grow for sure

Is that in soil hey rob?
yeah that is in soil but a speical soil im very good freinds with a rep for h/g wre i live got me in contact with some people from bvb norway were i get the soil they call it a substraight most pro growers use it as it has nothing in it and i can feed feed water on a 3 day cycle with it amazing shit like coco but soil

I think the main purpose is to increase profit margins. If their other nutes are so good, why is it necessary to use 10 different additives?

I usually don't use additives, but I'm doing a crazy test grow and trying all sorts of new stuff to see what happens. I used to use awesome blossoms from technflora, and it was literally awesome if used properly. But this floralicious plus seems, I dunno, too hyped up. But if it does what it says, I'll be happy for sure

You'll get a million different opinions on here, no doubt.
I will tell you from personal experience that it is not hyped up at all.
If anything, it gets overlooked by people not wanting to spend the money.
I've tried with and without when I couldn't afford it, and there's a BIG difference.
Enough that I've resigned myself to buy the shit at whatever it costs.
If you overlook floraliscious + you really stepping on your own toes.
It'll pay for itself quick.

As far as it fueling root slime in DWC.
You would have to have the shit in the first place.
Could it add fuel to the fire by introducing carbohydrates?
Yes, just like any other product that contains sugars.
If you have root slime, it's common sense to stop using sugars until it's under control.

Could it CAUSE root slime? Hell NO.

It's actually a root zone inoculant and will help in NOT getting root slime in the first place.

It's 20% Kelp...

If you really look into it yourself and read about it, you'll realize it's one of the best single supplements out there.

Ever seen 5 pounds pulled from a 4x8 tent full of autoflowers?
I did it with 3 bottles.
Floranova Bloom (start to finish, No veg formula)
Floralicious + start to finish
Liquid Koolbloom during flower.

All General Hydroponics.

Other than 1 base nutrient (hell, I don't even use a Veg nute), and a bloom booster during flower, it's the only additive I use.

It's the most expensive part of my nutrient program, and I won't grow without it...
Trust Me. If I thought I could get away with not using it, I would.

Dude, this is a great post. You pretty much sold me on it now. And I'm intrigued as what your nute recipe is? I'm all ears man, your nute program sounds like something I'd like to try,

PPM/EC values will vary from person to person depending on many variables BUT.
My nutrient schedule is SIMPLE.
All General Hydroponics Nutrients.

I use Floranova Bloom as my base nutrient from start to finish. (Lucas Formula)
I use Floralicious + from start to finish at 1ml per gallon.
I use Liquid Koolbloom starting in flower at 2.5ml per gallon. a couple weeks in I'll push it to 3ml per gallon.

Bi-Weekly Reservoir changes.

I'm not the only person running this BY FAR.

It's about as simple a nutrient schedule you can possibly get, and still end up with massive amounts of good bud.

You could get through a grow just fine with JUST the Floranova Bloom.
Wouldn't be the best bud, or a huge yield.
Add Floralicious +, and Liquid Koolbloom and it's BANG ON!

But shouldn't they have included it in their base formulas? It's not like the price you pay isn't enough to cover the costs. "We sell you our nutes that provide all the stuff your plants need. For and extra $XXX, we'll sell you the stuff we left out of it. See our pretty graphics on the bottle?"
