Somewhat experienced grower needing help. Coco

So I have a coco setup and I've grown in coco successfully several times. This time I'm using botanicare coco instead of more premium coco. I'm also using a 4x4 smart pot. I have a recirculating drip system that run once a day at this point.

The problem.

Leaves show tip curl and minor other deformities

From my experience it really feels like this is overwatering. Which I had thought to be nearly impossible. I have added a humidifier to the tent and raised it to around 50%

I did add recommended calmag plus as well.

Ph does raise to about 6 but I usually bring it back down a bit when I add water at 5.5

They are only about three weeks from seed and a fair size for that age I would say. They just look unhappy. The botanicare coco kinda sucks it's heavy and seems to pack itself down under its own weight. I'm considering switching back to regular pots they seem to drain easier than the smart pots too.

Anyways if anybody has some tips about what I could be missing let me know.

Nutes are running at an appropriate level ph and ppm checked daily res changed once every week and cleaned with water and muscle.

You can over water pure coco, but it takes some effort, Haha. I usually play it fast and loose with my PH, anywhere between 5.5 and 6.2, coco is pretty easy in that regards.

The wet dry cycle is pretty important for healthy growth in coco, try switching your watering cycle to once every 2 days, that may help.

Botanicare coco is garbage. Canna coco is stable, rinsed, and with 30% perlite I hit it 3x per day ebb and flow and the problems I get seem seasonal. It is brutally hot, dusty, and insects are more prevalent. Why do you avoid that?

I only ever use canna coco, and I use 30% perlite when I go run to waste.

I been meaning to experiment with it in a sort of flood and drain, how do you find it in ebb and flow? Do you have much issue with debris messing with your pumps?

I put rockwool chum at the very bottom as a way to solve that, trays stay relatively clean. The time it saves, as opposed to handwatering, is amazing.
