Wrinkled leaves. Mutant?

I have two plants. Jack Herrer Auto (Advanced Seeds) and White Russian Auto (Bulk feminized). WR looks fine and healthy while JH have wrinkled leaves. Both plants are in the same box and flowerpot. In my opinion problem is shitty seeds and what are you think?

1) Growing indoor or outdoors - indoor
2) Watering schedule - 1-2 times in week
3) Growing Medium - soil
4) What stage of growth - 10 days

Man one of my girls is doing the same thing.... just started less than a week ago. I would love for someone to check this thread out and lend some advice

I don't think it's the seeds ,mine didn't start the wrinkling til week 8,right before flower.I've seen some strains that do this naturally but I don't know if that's the case here.

I'm thinking a root problem. Probably not too late to correct. Maybe exposed to too much air?

Too much air? I don't think so.

Too much air,from where i repotted maybe?i upgraded it from 2 to 4 gal. pot.

Plants are outside.temps in the mid 80s.

some strains just do this, i know dj short talks about the crinkle leaf in his blueberry line..
i'd say it'll probably grow out of it, it looks like it's mostly doing it on the old growth, and the new growth looks fine..
