no precedent of it, but it's possible.

the bigger possibility is that the local authorities zone you out AFTER you've spent hundreds of thousands establishing your business, going through state and local licensing, and so on.

that could be even worse than getting arrested.

when have i ever stated that there is precedent of a state compliant grower getting busted by the feds?

You stated that a grower who follows all the guidelines has never been and will not be arrested by the feds. Then you challenge everyone to prove you wrong. Then you go on to claim you are risking your own FREEDOM by growing dope.

So which is it? Or are you not following the guidelines.

i'm frequently in violation of the guidelines.

not so much in colorado, because the laws are different here, but always in oregon.

in oregon, the law is that if you are over your plant count, you just have to reduce your plants to a compliant number. so i tempted fate on purpose. i was allowed 24 flowering plants, i routinely had 40+ flowering. counting clones, i was also over the 72 vegging limit at times, but not as often.

here, i stick to my 36 flowering plants.

you gonna snitch on me, or are you just gonna sit quietly as all your racist buddies threaten to snitch on me?

You talk in circles. You have over 60,000 posts. You constantly lay claim that Obama won't allow MJ patients who are compliant to be arrested. It's one of your major talking points. I don't have the time or the desire to dig through your muck. I have nothing to prove. I couldn't care less about your dope growing operation either. We are on a grow forum. If i want to hear about growing dope I will simply go to the growing sections.
