there's nothing surprising about how AIDS affects lower SES (that involves income, education, access to health care, etcetera) populations at a greater rate than higer SES populations.

you really didn't say anything in your post.
you tried to hold up native americans as some sort of counterexample to the connection between SES and AIDS rates. the problem is that native americans are not some sort of outlier.
whites and asians are highest SES and underrepresented when it comes to rates of AIDS. blacks and hispanics are lower SES and most over represented. the small population of native americans are also low SES and somewhere in the middle.
if yo are trying to make a point, i have no idea what it is.
