I would recommend a different approach, one that I call the "Dissolve and Flush":
First you need to dissolve the salts and other nutes. Do this by watering with an amount equal to the size of your container. This first round of water will break down the salts and other nutes. Then about 15-20 min later, flush those broken down salts, etc. with more water (again, equal to the size of your container, or more).
Then, leave your plant alone until the soil is completely dry. Completely dry means that you will see the soil starting to pull away from the sides of its container. At that point, water it properly with a bloom feed mixture. You're only half way through bloom, so there's no reason not to feed and every reason to do it.
One last comment: Are you sure you have lock-out in the first place?
