Is it OK for the leaves to droop and then spring back up throughout the day?

Hi newbie here,

Is it OK for the leaves to droop and then spring back up throughout the day/ or one day it's droopy the next it's not. Plus when I water them they spring up a little too. I think it's just normal growth cycle, right? Or whatever you call it.

If the leaves is hanging it is usually because you are over or under watering your plants

Yes true but in my experiences the plants choose when to relax or even sleep to regenerate energy and that isint always when lights r off.

During the night or during lights out your leaves will droop when the plant sleeps

Where do you live?

Maybe it could have something to do with the way the light hits the plant, the plant will always do it's best to get the most light
