Dealing with heat

Attics suck. 79 is fine though. When you water, water a little bit, then watch it soak in and repeat until you see run off or you're comfortable with the amount of water you gave her. With really high temps your top soil can get pretty dry and won't accept moisture as readily so the water will just run right through.

The temp is 84.2, and it's 9:30pm.
Are you running your lights at night or during the day? I have an attic space. To combat high temperatures I run my lights at night and bring in cool air from my bedroom. 84 isn't so bad, your getting there with 84 but your not dead in the water yet. :peace:

I'm running them 24/7 at the moment. As a friend suggested I was going to do 18 on, 6 off the hottest parts of the day. He said I need to deck out my attic, block out all light for the 6 off. Is that correct, and recommended?

S boy I also am in the uk and am familiar with the weather and set ups used in loft spaces listen mate ur loft space I'm judging from the size of it should have at least two PVC pipe outlets if u stand outside ur house and look at the roof(usually at the back) u will c them.all u have to do is get two y joint PVC connectors this would allow u to vent plenty used air via the fan safely out to the top of the house if u can c wot I'm talking about then confirm with me and I will give u further instruction

Not seeing any at all mate :-( it's quite a new build, the only ventilation is from the duct from the extractor fan upto the loft, then on outside. I did have a duct from my filter/fan attached onto the extractor duct but took it down based on advice on this thread. Weathers hearing up again too, as I'm sure you know. It's 32C up there now.

So I'm fast approaching my 3rd week of veg, just repotted into their last home. They are looking fairly healthy, although ones leaves are curling inwards a little. My friend said the nutes in the soil will be running out soon and to add Plant magic old timer grow mix. He's said just do half of strength of what's on the bottle. Is that right?

Could some pros took a look at the pics and advise on their health? Much appreciated. image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

a lot of heat stress by the looks of a couple of ur pics mate cant remeber wot soil ur using and nuites an awfull lot of dark green their aswell to much nitro..

I haven't added any nutrients at all, just what's in the soil. Using biobizz soil. I've 8, 4 vegging for 3 weeks, and 4 clones just starting to veg now. It has been quite humid the past few days, the one with curled leaves has only started doing that. I didn't water then as much the past few days too.

Feel the pots and c how they feel it's the best way to do it to c if more water is required...they look like they need it bio Buzz is it allmix soil...

I'm struggling with one girl, I'm don't get why she's so unhealthy looking when the others are getting exactly the same care, there's 4 in total, another has slightly droopy leaves, and one is looking very healthy, leaves pointing upwards. They are all getting the same TLC.

Any ideas? Just looks like a shrivelled mess to me. I've watered with old timers grow mix on Saturday, skipped Sunday, and fed again today.
