Good organic nutes

I'm looking for good organic nutes my plants are healthy and are only 3 1/2 weeks old. When should I use the nutes, I think it's to young to put nutes on them but I may be wrong I'm hoping not to spend more than $40. Outdoor grow.

Yup... I used Botanicare Pure Blend Pro last year but I liked that the N-P-K ratio was higher with Age Old and they cost about the same so I decided to give it a try so far so good... I would recommend using some type of cal mag supplement I'm using General Organics Cal Mag to keep it organic
