Corn lights, are they legit?

I was light shopping a very popular online sight when i came across the LEDER 30 watt E27 LED "Corn light" I assume because the arrangement of LED's resemble a corn cob. Are they a legit light source for all phases of growth? They claim to give 6000k but I'm skeptical. The price was pretty appealing as well. I would love any feedback.
