Seedling Question

ok I put my seedling that I sprouted in a paper towel into her final grow medium lastnight,,Today I went to give her water and the Sprout came all the way out of the medium and was laying on top...Did I hurt it??/I just put back in the medium and covered it better...Will it be ok...And plus the shell was all the way off but the first leaves havent opened up yet..Still white in color.

Thanks this is my last feminized seed and I dont want to blow it.

I mist seedling daily a few time (mist not water), then give good watering every 3-4 days.. I also water around outer rim of pot (Chiceh is right) and make baby go to get it... I've had seedlings that were none existent, then I wake up and it's lying down...to me thats great..its good and lively.. you have something to bitch at when all you see is an empty pot.. THAT SUCKS.. You can bury deeper (1/2" below 1st round leaves) or you can pile up dirt.. While you've got us..no nutes till 3-4 weeks, they don't need it yet..and start at 1/4 strength and increase slowly..... Luck

When It came out of the medium I just covered it back up...Or should i have left the white seed looking part sticking out and only bury the root?

The seedling helmet (seed casing) goes up......... bury 3/8" deep and leave it..
