1) Look at the bottom-left leaf's bottom, eggs ?? worries ?
(The plant was Neem-oiled after taking those pics)

2) The plant is 11.5 weeks old, 1.5 feets tall (after 3 topping\fimming rounds), Still not flowering, Still too hard (for me) to tell it's sex 100%, When should I seriously start worrying ?

Neem wont kill eggs must spray every 3 days. Best thing to do for outdoor plants is powerspray all the eggs and mites off , let dry, then spray with neem
And congrats looks like a girl

I was so worried, I ran back there and cut the eggs leaf off :)

3rd person to say it's a girl :-), but 11.5 weeks old and no flower (and it looks like an Indica dominated) ?

Most eggs can be rubbed off which will kill them.
They are very sticky, and messing with them would probably break them and bring even more disgusting mess, so I had to cut off the leaf.. small damage instead of the risk for a bigger one.. :)

Yes bad soil will also do it but you can make up for that with proper feeding. Lots and lots of perlite in any soil is good!

That's what I'm trying to do, until I see the leaves' tips turning brown - than I know it's the beginning of over-doing :)

Dont freak out; you can start in early March and not know until mid July, the plant depends on a HIGHLY sophisticated
hormone based internal clock that is influenced by the light of day. Generally speaking, this wont occur until the
sun affords approximately 14.3 hours of light. Hang on brother, dont let the horse buck you off! Now is the time
of the revelation...at worst Sept 21 = 12.12; hah!

ya its for spider mites and other critters..i was under the impression that u was have bugs on ur plants
I had, I guess.. but I cut the leaf off..... Neem-oil is the only protection I use (other than good nutes for general health).
