some lower leaves will just turn yellow and die, which is normal. Have u fed them? What are they planted in?

they need some cal mag and prolly some nitrogen. Usually one or the other deficiency triggers all 3 (cal/mag/nitro) If you had some nutes in your soil they probably have been used up by now...time for a feeding

They're planted in 50/50 fox farm ocean forest and light warrior with perlite mixed in and on the bottom. It's been over 2 weeks since they been in this soil mix and I was going to transplant them from 1 gal to 5 gal airpots today but then I noticed the leaves, should I still transplant? Or should I feed them and see if it gets a little better first? the other plant I have seems fine

The concern here is not what deficiency you think it is ...but what you gonna do about it...?
more the concern is the green leaves and yellow veins, time for a flush, on the last, ... add 2 tablespoons of Calmag or Epson Salts allow to recover overnight in dim light no nutes for 2 weeks

just transplant them, if it is a deficiency that will correct it if ur planting in FFOF. The plants looks fine.

Okay I will transplant. Should I do the same 50/50 mix or just do FFOF and perlite?

I'm using the General Organics GO box and I started feeding a quarter of the dosage because I didn't want to burn the plants since theyre in FFOF. I should've probably fed them more

I moved them into the 5 gallon pots with just ocean forest and perlite. They've grown a couple of inches since then but I think the same plant keeps yellowing because now i'm seeing it in the newer leaves and a couple of bottom ones are completely yellow.

Is a deficiency possible even though it's freshly in FFOF? I thought it was packed with nutes.

Is this similar to what you are talking about for N def? My hydro store says maybe just more food. I just upped the nutes Nutes Sensi Bloom Ph perfect) to 3/4 - 1.0 strength and added Kool Bloom (3 weeks into flower).

When you make changes & your in soil it takes longer to take effect then if you was doing hydro You get yellowing of lower leaves as the plant get bigger stay cool

That's magnesium deficiency. The green veins with yellow in between veins. If you're in soil you need to be concerned with your soil ph. If your soil is acidic due to salt buildup, "feeding more" will add to the salt problem. Mg is locked out at 6.4 in soil, and 5.7 in hydro. After ensuring your ph is in the correct range you want to feed 1/2 tsp/gal Epsom salt. You can foliar feed it too at ph 6.5, but weigh the benefit with the risk of bud rot. If you have lower humidity and/or can use fans to accelerate drying, it is safer in flower. If your ph is not in range, and if you're in soil, that's a larger topic. You might want to start a thread of your own for that.
