I'd give it another day or two, to be sure, but it looks like a male. The picture is a little fuzzy. Some strains have leaves develope in a ball at first which is confusing. But, it will likely show you a white flower petal. Then you will know for sure.

so lets say you had a female that only had 2 or 3 white hairs so far. what it the males pollen sacks burst? would only those 2 or 3 flowers become pollinated? what about all the white hairs that would grow later, would they get pollinated too? could you hose the entire plant down with water to wash away any residual pollen to keep it from pollenating future white hairs?

The last four pictures were of the same plant. For my first grow I'm trying to grow avalanche from high grade seeds dot com and diesel ryder (from another site). Both of each type of plant that are boys are in the last four pictures avalanche up front and diesel ryder in the rear (if you look closely). I already dealt with them. My question is will the pollen sacs still explode and if there is a radius of contamination that I still have to worry about.

When the pollen explodes it goes everywhere. People tell all kinds of wacky stories about pollen going thru ac/heat ducts, from one end of the home to the other end. I do not know how long it will live in the open. But is reported to live for years in a refrigerator.

I already stated in a previous post that I had dealt with them. I cut them up and buried them, but is that enough? Should I of sprayed the boys with weed killer to boot? Also if you put them in the ground, if you don't dig a big enough grave is their a possibility of the pods exploding after you have cut them up and getting airborne?
