Just another reason the USA is the asshole of the world and I would never live there in a million years, especially the south. Nothing but racist religious freaks still living in the 1930's down there for the most part. Cop shoots unarmed kid, police force tries to cover shit up, they don't release the cops name for a week (still no pic), zero details from the police at all, followed by military type marshall law against the townspeople that stand up and say that is unacceptable. Seriously?! Only in the southern USA does this shit still happen on a regular basis, its fucking disgusting.

The word of Brown's uncharged accomplice in the convenience store robbery is irrelevant. I believe he stated there was no struggle inside the police car. I'll bet the evidence will show otherwise, proving the kid to be a liar. If so, the DA will count him out as a "witness" as soon as he gets the case (if it goes that far). Can you imagine what a great field day a good defense lawyer would have grilling that kid on the witness stand, if indeed forensic evidence proves him to be a liar (as I already suspect)? I see another Rachel Jeantel cross-examination waiting to happen.

Maybe the evidence will show that the police officer killed the kid in cold blood. We'll see. But I'll bet an ounce of my finest that it won't.
there's more than one witness to the shooting.

i'm actually surprised to see that there are two more eyewitnesses who both confirm dorian's story, neither of whom knew michael brown either.

More eyewitnesses have come forward in the shooting of Michael Brown and backed up previous claims that the teenager did nothing wrong in the moments before a police officer killed him.

Tiffany Mitchell, who watched the shooting unfold, told CNN on Wednesday that the police's version of events - that Brown assaulted the officer and tried to grab his gun - was not true.

Brown did not enter the police vehicle, as authorities have claimed, but there appeared to be a struggle at the window, Ms Mitchell said.

'It looked as if Michael was pushing off and the cop was trying to pull him in,' she told CNN.

'The cop shot a fire through the window. Michael breaks away and starts running away but the officer continued shooting.'

Ms Mitchell had gone to the Ferguson, Missouri neighborhood on Saturday to pick up an employee, Piaget Crenshaw, for work.

Ms Crenshaw, who lives in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the street, also witnessed the incident.

Before the shooting, it appeared that the 18-year-old and police officer were 'arm-wrestling', she told CNN.

Both women said that a shot was fired and that Brown started running away from the officer and the patrol vehicle.

They said that the officer chased the teen roughly 20 feet down the street and fired shots at him in the St Louis suburb.

The 18-year-old turned and raised his hands in the air, the witnesses said, but the shots kept coming.

You know nothing of what you speak. You clearly have no idea of the situation, But don't let facts interfere with your biased tirade.

Maybe these other witnesses will prove to be credible. Maybe Brown's friend will too. I don't know. I wish Ferguson had equipped their police cars with cameras like most police cars have these days.

One thing bothers me though; more of a question than a fact - why would a decorated, 6-year policeman who had no blemish on his record suddenly just get out of his car and repeatedly shoot a man who had his arms raised in surrender? The cop didn't even know then that Brown was a robbery suspect. There have got to be extenuating circumstances, even if they did not justify his actions.

Killing a kid for refusing to vacate the street? I just can't imagine that.

I see where the store that the idiot robbed is looted and destroyed. The store owner had nothing to do with it except be a victim, just shows the mentality of the idiots protesting, why don't they try and do that to the police station instead of an innocent store clerk's livelyhood......LAME ASS COWARDS!

Peace

Exactly. It isn't just stuff and it isn't just a store/shop. Like said, it's their livelihood. I'd kill a man that tried to take my ability to provide for myself and my family away, so that being said, maybe they do deserve to be shot for what they are doing.

Yeah, but not quick enough. It was recorded for sure. The poster was unaware of what he had posted as he seems to be in the "crucify the cop" camp. Just as many tried to portray the deceased as some kind of angel and were outraged that a video surfaced that showed he was a thug. When you have an agenda, you can't let truth upset your plans.............Found the original video posted. The witness starts speaking at 6:28. He's in the background so a little hard to hear. You'll have no trouble hearing the "F--k's" tho. Real classy woman. Here it is =>
