hopefully somebody knows?? A few of my girls got eaten the other day. What ever did it ate half of each branch off, but left ALL the leafs on the ground right under the plant. Basically all that was standing was the main stock and a couple bigger branches but all the leafs were "plucked" off an laying on the ground. I would think if it was a deer it would have eaten the leafs?? I though about a beaver but there were no wood chips, and there is no signs of any beavers anywhere!. Also the very bottom of each stock was chewed through about half way. I just dont know?? im in the northeast btw. any ideas?
