As I said, I would not do it. However, better take the thread into a direction of educated discussion then spongebob gifs and sarcastic post.

This guy seems like he wants to experiment with snipping something, heck, snip the end of your buds - I really don't recommend it.

The best thing to do is keep things simple "K.I.S.S.", control environment, and don't shy away from N during flowering, something I'm learning....

As far as "experiments" - do whatever you want. A lot of things are not recommended but if you want to play around and learn something, whatever it is, go for it. I tried "lollipopping" and "defoliating" in controlled experiments and both yielded half their counter partners who grew natural.
