Going to watch this thread, some cool things going on here.

Just planted some tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers myself. They are just seedlings now but once some real leaves start coming out, I'm going to post some picks
Heres an update of our indoor peas beans watermelon tomatoes I tell ya what I don't know my better half makes up for it which is most of it. LOLIMG_4803.jpgIMG_4804.jpg IMG_4805.jpg IMG_4806.jpg IMG_4807.jpg IMG_4808.jpg IMG_4809.JPG IMG_4812.JPG IMG_4813.JPG IMG_4814.jpg

Looking good. Here's a couple of pics of the tomatoes and cucumbers i'm growing. Starting them inside, but thinking about putting em on the porch to get some real sun...what do you guys think??
since your growing indoors make sure you check for sunlight location, some veggies require lots of sunlight and some like herbs seem to require some shade. I looked at the yard to find the most sunlight throughout whole day (tomatoes and cukes like full sun) before planting them. Im not sure if you have grown them before so if you have then disregard my info because you already know. also, have a good root system and hope the stems aren't too leggy. we had that problem with watermelon and some tomato plants that we are growing for the first time from seed. we rooted them indoors and then planted outside earlier this yr and they died- it seemed they were too leggy and weak.

Yea this is my first run at cucumbers and tomatoes, found a nice spot on my patio that gets about 75% of the sun, and the other side gets the rest as the sun sets, although I could move them to that side around 4 to get all the sun that they can.
Thanks for the help and I always appreciate advice.

Did a little research on these air-pots, they look promising.
Next time i need pots I'll probably pick up a few of these.
on my second grow with them they are awesome my 1 liter pot has such a big kola growing in it i could only imagine using 20 of these just for tops LOL

This is my first veggie/ornamental garden. Last year this whole lot was just sand from the old pool and dog shit from my girls fat ass dog. Now its nice, dark and well composted. Many seeds left unsprouted. Hopefully in a few more weeks ill be seeing a lot more green
Cheers everyone! Today is a great day!
