I knew a dude from the uk once. He was always saying faggot and stuff too. After hanging with him a few times I realized he said it because he thought he was funny but deep down he really was just a bitch and that's why he said it- he was just longing for stiff cocks.

He was like "I love to drink tea!" I like crumpets and getting dicks in my ass!" "Your guns are scary to me, because I'm a little bitch"! If I were to call a certain member in the UK thread a gammy foot cripple, to people who don't understand UK humour, that could be seen as insulting, but the reality is that for us, it is not, hence why that kind of stuff is said in the UK thread to a UK person, not in some american thread where the casual humour will not be understood and just taken as offensive. Don't get upset because you entered another cultures thread and didn't understand how things work for said culture. If I were to call saerimmer a pikey faggot in the UK thread, its not violating any site rules because he'd have to take it as an insult or attack for it to be so, but he wouldn't, because that just how we talk. Hence why there is kinda the unwritten rule of just leave the UK thread alone to do as it does, because the american mods don't have a clue what to make of the comments.

Just because someone from the outside of the circle perceives something as insulting, doesn't mean it is. Its been long proven through yanks jumping into the UK threads that they don't have a clue about how to understand what they're reading.
