I always saw my roots, usually with my Mikita saws-all. :)
thats why i ask , you should allways see your roots all over the dirt when you transplant , but i was thinking he was doing first transplant off the clones . now i see that theyr already "big" plants .. so it doesn't matter :P

I Will give a wild guess , but your problem may not be a problem at all , except that overwatering , they were in Jiffy potting soil right ?
6 Days ago you transplanted , your roots had barely grown in the new soil .. so they can't feed from it .. jiffy potting soil is a very light soil .. thats why that new growth is very yellow , your plants need N .. but about that dont worry , in 2 or 3 days they will start feeding in the new soil and they will be fine.
What you have to worry its that droopy aspect , maybe too much water... let your soil dry completly .. and you should be fine.

PS: do not feed right now .. with watering or foliar .. if your plants are already overwater you may end up ruining them with more added moisture.

7.5 is too alkaline even for soil. you want your soil ph between 6.3 to 6.8 . Optimal . but you can be inside the window of 6 to 7 .. 7.5 is already too alkaline.
Your plant's may be lacking of Iron that can't be absorbed at alkaline soils. and Ir def will cause New growth yellow.
In Alkaline soils manganese and Iron absortion will be greatly decreased.
I Sugest you add some sulfur to your soil.
And you also may be dealing with a overwatering problem.
