Little update. They're looking healthy, this nitrosol shit is underrated its great for vegging!
Male. Looking pretty short and stout but quite even since the super cropped top broke of in the wind. The purpley pink stems have disappeared all the new growth. Healthy guys?

Runty ones. Huge difference to the first lot of pictures right? They've all been treated the same yet these two are awful looking compared to the other two.
Not a stable strain maybe? Who knows.

Wag1 have you grown the cotton candy..isit potent I'm on my 1st grow ever lol outdoors inthe uk
Definitely potent inside, people in auckland(biggest city here) said the weed blew their minds and haven't had anything like it.
even with your shitty climate it'll still produce potent enough bud.

I'm growing that and Black Domina x g13 this year.

Shit I think BDg13 will be the most potent weed I've ever grown, some freaky looking buds too.

it's 12/12 on the 21st or 22nd in my city (37.4S). Spring is just beginning now and warming up slightly, the trees are starting to have new growth and we're getting a a couple warm days this week (15-18c).

Sucks because I can't put anything out earlier this year as I'm moving houses after next harvest around mid november. Hoping to set up a glass house at new place. If that happens I'll grow the best outdoors I've ever done with guano teas and full care like indoor.
This BD x g13 has some freaky old school landrace indica traits, 65-75 dayer by the looks of it, rock solid buds.

Just different feeding requirements. It's not the strain that's making them look like shit believe me. The first two look ok so you've nearly got the nutrients dialed in right for those specific plants. They're definitely showing no signs of overfeeding so i'm gonna guess the shit ones are looking for a little more food. Try upping the dose on one of the plants by about 25% and watch for signs of over feeding, if it does turn out to be a little too much you should be able to see the signs after a few days and you can switch back to the previous dosage. It shouldn't slow things down too much. If you see signs of improvement but they still don't look healthy up the dose some more. That plant is supposed to be spotless with the leaves reaching for the sky. A perfectly dialed in plant isn't droopy looking at all.

Yeah 12/12 about then here aswell. The weather is slowly getting better down here, less colder nights and a few nice days and longer days. Im getting my plants out around mid/late October.
Cant wait for some big Panamas and a nice fat Taskenti! Do you plan to go out in late November? Even my current plants have gotten better with just a few degrees difference in temps over night.

Any pics of the BD x g13?

I was wondering about the different feeding requirements so you reckon I should feed the bad ones more? These two have looked awful since week 3 so I duuno, Ill bump the nutes up and watch.
Those other plants are kinda droopy during the night but usually pick up during the day. Im pretty sure its the cold and to much water from all the rain plus lack of sunlight, they're looking pretty nice today. The good looking plants are growing great bu the others are so slow! If they dont respond to the nutrients then I guess its something else so well have to see. A friend gave me a little bit of earth juice catalyst and growzilla to try out. Cheers for the help dime

quick question: Planning to guerilla a site 30KM away from suburban home. How often would I need to water?
Are there any automatic watering options I can invest in for under $200-300?

I was thinking about using tarp tied to trees to catch rain into a large barrel with a hose attached to the bottom with a water timer.

Does anyone have any advice?

Is it possible to only visit your crops 2-3 times the entire season?

timers can fail leading to great disappointment. a lot of people I know that grow outdoors in remote areas line a hole with plastic ( not cheap tarps theyre woven and leak) usually dug in autumn to catch winter rain/snow runoff can also do as you suggest and have a tarp to increase catchment area, best option is to find a spot near a natural water source!! even a small trickle will do you can dig a pit in the bed of the creek etc to fill out of.

it is possible to leave crops for long periods in certain areas, heavy dews every morning are enough to sustain a plant for a few weeks until next rainfall but if your in a dry region that has drought conditions expect a complete failure, also if planning on leaving them for a while between visits only grow from clone or a shitty male plant will wreck your crop too, 30kms isn't far to travel once a fortnight for a checkup and water.......

Use water crystals papered. Just use them deep into the soil at least 10 inches down because mealy bugs infest when they used near the surface. Definitely a better option if you can't visit often. 30km is nothing anyway.
