When you have a bad back anything will set it off..then you're on the sofa for days...I know..grim shit... how the hell are you supposed to wipe your ass when your frozen up..hurts like hell...

Hey I get that peircing pain in my sciatica daily, sometimes so bad I can't even stand up or walk. I feel your pain.

yes I agree. once you have injured your back it seems to stay with you forever. I have a disc that was broken and two herniated disks
When I put my back out, which happens often, my back goes into muscle spasms and doesn't stop. That is a difficult cycle to break sometimes because you almost need to do nothing for a while and who can afford to do that.
There must be a lot of perks to having a paramedic as a hubby.
Thats kind of hot now that I think about it.

I dunno, I take it in pill form, swallow it fast, and don't notice. I used it on a cat to help with seizures as well.

I have taken it in tablet form and capsule form and I always taste that bitterness. Its the most bitter thing I have ever tasted in my life.
