I remember it tasting like a gamy turkey tad sweet though they lived on a fruit field... i dont mean tukery in texture id prolly say more pig consistency. Theyre kinda violent though. To be honest when i was asked to help i though shit yes im gonna get me a dozen of ostrich eggs to take home like chicken lol.
