Also today is the first day that the lights are being switched from 18/6 to 16/8. Thursday will be 14/10 and saturday it will be down to 12/12. On monday or tuesday I will be lowering the light as well. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE SOME BUDS

I use the Solar Storm by CLW. ? Its a great led light. But I do have a question for any hps users. If you are running a 1000 watt hps light with cool tube can you vent the heat into the same room if you run air conditioner? I run my SS in a 3x3 tent and really don't need an air conditioner. With my house temps around 75 my temps inside my tent are around 78 to 85 degrees with my 6" fan.

I was wondering about trimming. Should I be trimming these plants and if so, what is the best way to do it? I'm antsy once again and can't wait for these ladies to be showing their buds. I was wondering what nutes to use for the transition as well. I have the schedule for the nutrient kit but I wasn't sure if I should use a different amount. Also if there is anything else that should be done while starting flowering please let me know! :D

when I switched over I started using tiger bloom along with my big bloom and I switched lights rom 18/6 to 14/10 for a week and than 24-36 hours of complete dark and than 12/12 I only feed once a week and I always use a teaspoon or a half teaspoon less than what they recommend and don't forget to rinse your soil every 3-5 weeks to get salt build ups out:hump:

tHIS GOES OUT TO ANYONE WITH A VALID OPINON FROM EXPERINCE... What is the best led to grow with if doing 3-6 plants need to know if to growth one big led like a 720 or would it be better to go with two or three lower watts like the 250 or 330 and if black dog the best out everytime I goto you tube that's all I see for ads so if I can get some serious feed back cause I plan on getting some in the next two to three months used cfls my firs grow not bad but would like denser buds and better canopy penetration

BUDMASTER if you can afford it. Marshydro if not. Marshydro make the black dog units.

OKAY! So... Time for an update. As I said, Plants 1 and 4 were males :wall::wall::wall::wall: but what can ya do... Think newly discovered males have any value to making hash or cannabutter or is it too early for THC?

Here are some pictures for you as well.
Plant 2 is on the left in the bucket and plant 3 is on the right in the smart pot.

As you can see, a lot of lower leaves got damaged and more continue to die and whither off. This is perfectly normal right? If the plant is not using the leaf, it closes off the nutrients to that stem, correct? And there is a lot of damage on plant 2 (NEW PLANT 2) from the fan. Apparently the fan was too high on one spot for too long because the leaves on that side were withered and frail and a mess. Starting to look better though and they keep on growing :)

Thanks for sticking with me all! Hope to continue the updates more frequently.

The above post was taken at the start of the 23rd day of flowering. Are they behind? Compared to some others out there, they don't compare in size.. Then again, pictures can be deceiving. How are they doing overall do you guys think? Damage and all...

i think shesfine some strain just take a little longer. some can take 2-4 weeks just to start showing buds just depends on your strain ut looking good.

im not to sure about your fan leafs at the bottom i think its to early in the stage for her to start getting yellow leaves something is is going on there
