To make it short and sweet! . If you put your plants threw hell or sprayed collateral silver on it.. it's feminized! if it just happened it's a hermie!
You don't have to stress the shit out of a plant to hermie.its 100% in the genetics...strains that have a tentency to herm need less of everything...light..nutes..heat..nitrogen..i just finished growing sannies extrema...sensetive fucking plants...if U look at them wrong they will herm......my setup was as close to perfect I i could get..and 4 out of 7 Hermed in week 4...it was my own fault for growing a chemdog cross...first hermies iv had in 6 years...its defo in the genetics....if a grower does a bit of research about the strain they want to grow...grow reports and stuff ...they can avoid growing bad genetics....hermies...imo wether its nanners ..pollon sacs or mixed there all hermies to me...

umm Marijuana as a WHOLE.. has this trait PERIOD.. some don't show it as easy as others.. and shit.. but like 99% of the plants out there.. u can get them to hermi.. someway or another..

I personally think its more about healthy plants.. and decent genetics...

but ya.. if ur trying to pop bagseeds.. and are getting tons of hermies.. then ya its the genetics..

but.. if u are growing a plant that has never hermied for any of your friends.. and then it hermies for you. . it could be environmental.. nutrient... light leak..

I mean shit..... ever since I stopped using SUPERTHRIVE.. I stopped seeing so many hermies honestly.. that's 1 nute.. that I was told by a friend.. was causing h im issues with strains that never had issues before ever... and he stopped using it .. and bam no hermies..

and I tried the same thing. I dropped superthrive.. or thrive alive.. and not nearly as many hermies..

weird right?

Omg ive found the answer to my question, would have been easier if someone had just posted it instead of me pulling papers and emails!

You guys arent even close but i think youll like the answer as it keeps you happy.

I need a few more hours to put it into words but after that their shouldnt be much debate as its as good as it gets.

Ill give ++Rep if anyone wrote the words monecious diecious and i missed it in this thread ;-)

Monecious was in one of the very first links given. If you had read it you would have seen it. Monecious, from my understanding, is going to be a hermie no matter what. Diecious is a hermie that comes on later through stress or other factors.

Rep for them but unfortunatly thats just where the twist starts and did not explain the problem.

Ill agree people touched on the outlying points but was very far from the answer and could provide no valid idea as to where you get the male from

Yawn, i know what all the words meant i just couldnt understand how a diecious plant turns monecious.

It sort of gets boring that you dont get much right!
This is amusing as shit :-) you were a dick enough to make the post stating I bet yo all had to run to Google to learn what gamete is, yet you didn't even know about monocious and diecious? you seem to go out of your way to make yourself appear a moron.

Maybe you should keep on doing your reading ;-)
No need as the guys on mycotopia were much better at fully answering the question.

Definatly on the wrong site here as the pros seem to be elsewhere.

How is it other sites have all these topics nailed down so well. Ffs they even pointed out my soil temps were a bit high from one picture of cotyledons.

Theres no debate here really!

Adios Amigo.

Funny how you were so wrong this entire thread, and then somehow you want to blame it on the site that was telling you just how wrong you were. I certainly won't miss you.

It seems like I see this topic all the time in RIU. Like it's the end of the world to have a couple seeds in your buds. If it's your own head smoke I don't see the big deal. I'm always glad when I find a seed if I do (I think I have only ever found one in mine). Seeds are spendy.
