New Grow. suggestions? comments?

So , i have a space of 15x15 feet . ordered 50 seeds of Feminized White Russian . hope its not too hard to grow . my budget is kind of low , but i am thinking to order another 50 , if these 50 arrive safely . how many plants can i fit in there? should i order the extra 50 ?.
i can access only 400W HPS or MH . i wish i could ge the 600W . so i am thinking of 10 x 400W hps lamps , will they be enough ?. for 50 or for 100 ? , will obviously 100 wont all germinate , but i think 80 will .
I really want to maximize the yield .
How many plants per light (400W) ? maybe 6-9 ? or should i set up the plants all near each other and put all the lights about them , should they be in groups , each group under one light? maybe try different growing methods and nut conecentrations on each group ? could be beneficial for next grow .
what would be the yield of such setup ? .

Temperature and ventilation : Another problem that i have posted earlier is that the room can get to -15 in winter , so i am thinking about within a month or two , to rockwool the whole room . i will be putting 2 fans , about ventilation i havnt figured it out yet , so im open for suggestions , but the only way for air to go outside is to suck it to another room , into the coridor , the odor or temperature of other rooms are not important for me .

Soil : i am thinking of obtaining soil from the woods , i heard it can be full of nutrients for the plants , or should i buy packs of ready soil ?

electricity : i am setting up a 30AMP wiring circuit , hope one circuit is enough .

I will be doing some reading , unfortunately i have exams all week , so i thought direct info from this community would be of great help .

Thanks in advance , i am still a newbie and open for suggestions of any kind , keep in mind the low budget , hopefully next grow i would have a better one.

well there is a couple of things you have to consider ..

If you are growing in soil what watering system will you use ? fitting 100 pots in a 15x15 feet room will give you trouble as hell to water properly without an "automatic" irragtion system cause i assume there will be medium pots that will need more frequent waterings ..
I would keep the 50 seeds and give them some more veg .. it will be much easier for your to grow , and you only delay your harvest time by a 2 weeks max, cause 2 weeks in veg if done properly will greatly increase your plants size and yeild.

10x400W will be enought for your space.
About the temperature your have to worry about the very cold temps but you will probably also have to worry also with the high temps if you are thinking on running ten 400w bare bulbs.

By no means you can have high temperature oscilations during night \ day temps , that will greatly stress your plants. and diminish your yeild and quality.

If you have a low budgedt i will greatly sugest ( and i cannot stress this enought ) .. Invest your budget in the "overall" conditions such as heaters and air circulation systems , grow less plants have less lights but invest in the other conditions in your growroom such as temperatures and air circulation .. dont get to worried about the light and cut on the rest , that is a GREAT mistake. your growroom "Climatization" is a TOP priority if you are looking for healthy plants.
Its better 25 healthy plants than 50 unhealthy plants ... by faaaar.
(They will give you the same yield if not more , and the quality can't even enter the equation of course .. unhealthy plants will give you poor quality weed)

I Hope you can understand what im trying to say you,but of course its up to you to take that things under consideration.

Good luck.

Thank you very much for your reply , i am taking everything under consideration , i am starting a new concern about humidity , ill need to monitor it , but maybe with such lights it will be low . Maybe ill stick with the 50 indeed . And focus on climatization . I was excited to order critical mass actually , but now that you said it , ill consider investinf in climate

if your humidity is arround 50 dont worry , you can veg of flower under that humidity no problem , also humidity its the least of your problems probably , if you have your Temperatures and Air Circulation in Check humidity will not cause you any trouble almost shure.

Your Growroom "Climatazion" its probably 50 % of your sucess and the other 50% its the light. Some people tend to forget this and allways focus on the light issues, and sometimes end up with unquality final product and dont understand why.
