Will reducing watering speed up the flowering?

My two girls are outside by the pool. 6 or 7 hours only now of direct sunlight. They needed watering at least twice daily all season and I am wondering if reducing the watering will speed up the process.

Still plenty of white hairs. It looks sweet but I need the plants to be harvested asap.

Thoughts?

I water my outside pots 2x's daily...they are root bound Bettys, I have high winds usually and I'm 6800ft closer to the sun They need alotta water during rootboundness and flowertime.
Depriving them of water wouldnt help, give them the water they need.

Yep never let your girls get too thirsty. I find that using some good EWC in the soil mix helps with water retention.

So what size pots are they in? Also you could probably avoid watering twice a day with a slow drip. Plants are looking healthy though. You said you have to harvest in 8 days. Imo they need some time to fatten up. If its a have to thing then that sucks. Maybe try throwing a jug or something with a small hole in the bottom and top to create a drip. Being rootbound this late into flower is a pain. I always upcan to avoid it right before flower by atleast 20% soil volume.
