And.. an adult and a teen got into a confrontation and the teen got dead. The adult should have some responsibility at least.

I've met some teens who were like adults, and some adults who were like teens. I think our age of majority line is pretty arbitrary. Some people grow like indica, others grow like sativa, and yet others autoflower.

Then again, our gov't treats adults like they have the mental capacity of a young child, but punishes them like war criminals, for things that aren't even actually crimes.

Martin was on the phone with his girl that testified right up until he said "Ima go handle this". According to the person on the other end of the line at least.

I still think Zimmerman was guilty of negligence at the very least, but let's keep it factual. He could have called the cops, proof is that he was on the phone with his friend telling her that he was being followed. Either of them could have. It doesn't change what happened, but it doesn't fit your description either.
