In reality, how dangerous/sketchy is it to order grow room materials online and have them shipped to your house? Like stuff from amazon? lol Also how dangerous is order weed seeds? I know its sketchy if you'll even get them, but if they got through to you would you be in the clear after that? As far as law enformenct goes? I just mean like how heavily are online purchases and just weed grow room items monitored? Or are they at all? lol

this is coming from someone living on the east coast of the usa

I live in the most strict state in the Northeast and I ordered everything online. Im on my 4th grow now and all is well. Just don't be sloppy and keep your grow to yourself. Everyone that knows increases your chances of getting caught by 10%. Your one so your chances of getting caught are already at 10%. No sell, No tell, No smell. Goodluck.

Well good to know you're safe and you've ordered everything online. I already sorta got everything just hoping it's all kosher lol

Honestly man unless you have a huge op and are ordering 1000s of seeds you really got nothing to worry about. Worst case you get a letter from customs letting you know they confiscated ur order, never heard of them even following up.
I'm on the east coast as well have ordered from both attitude and herbies w no probs. pay extra for stealth though.
As far as equipment goes just make sure packaging is discreet. My only concern would be nosy neighbors.

What 4SKU2nkd0 said is right on! Just keep it low and as long as your not running a huge grow op then youl be fine. Keep your heat signature and smell down. Don't tell a soul...

I would have your things sent to other peoples houses. Just think how easy that could be and nothings linked back to you. They monitor eveything...thats why they gave us the interwebs;) Also use gift cards for ordering

I find it hard to believe they monitor everything to be honest, if that's the case why haven't the feds busted down my door yet?

The volume of items purchased from amazon, ebay, and the thousands of other online shops, is astronomical. No possible way to track all of the lights, soils, nutes, etc., that are being shipped every day. Only thing I ever worry about is nosey neighbors. When I can, I leave very specific instructions for the delivered items NOT be delivered to a neighbor in the event I'm not home.
Besides, if the feds are monitoring the purchases that we "agricultural engineers" make online- they have waaaaay too much time on their hands!

Ordering growing equipment isn't a problem you could always pretend your growing petunias. You can have the seeds send to a safe address...grandma or else
