speed up flowering

I need space in my tent. I have one plant going. I just turned my lights to 11/13 so I can hopefully give the hint to this lady that "It's time to go" She is 54 days since the 12/12 flip.

Is this enough to give her the message and are there any other tips to speed up the end of life cycle? (It doesn't bother me that I may lose yield. It turns out that I can't even give away CBD strains :)

Switching the light to 11/13 is not a good idea. The switch to 12/12 tells the plant to flower. She got the message. Flowering occurs when the light is on. Your plant is flowering fine but you are depriving her of an hour growth time every day. I'd switch back. Good luck, BigSteve.

ummmm, i have always been told and have seen on many forum's that 11 or 10 hours of light will actually speed up the process, he doesn't care about yield as stated already and it will mature more quickly

plus to add on to this, he mentioned it's at just about 8 weeks so an hour of growth less of day isn't a huge deal at that stage when it can use up the starch that has been stored in the leaves for exactly this time.

That is too bad cause I wouldn't mind one at all. For pain.

come on seriously rob, i doubt very much a plant is going to hermie with 1 hour less light, she'll think winter is near, if it hermies then you got yourself a bad strain.
