Lady bugs for spidermites

So how many spider mites are you asking for your lady bugs? We drive hard bargains here.

Ladybugs kinda work but not for a huge infestation.......and can be quite a hassle........spray preventatives every week with neem, rosemay oil, and lavender oil and you will not get spider mites......lavender oil will kill eggs and mites and is a fungicide which help prevent mold.

That's stuff is overpriced bud......it does work but @ 40-50 bucks a gallon shipped it can add up quickly.....at amazon they have 4 ounces of lavender oil at 20 bucks which can make up to 8-12 gallons (depending on dose strength) which is much more cost effective and has more benefits, so it's really a no brainer.......try it before you knock it.

There are even cheaper alternatives if you wanna get right down to it. Any oil is basically going to kill by suffocation , therefore you need to hit the little bastards with it. Mighty wash has a bit of an edge on lavender oil I'd say but to each his own.

What other cheaper alternatives are there, I would definitely like to hear? and what benefits other than killing the mites and eggs does mighty wash have?? Lavender repels other insects as well,is a fungicide,cost less and best of all it is natural.

I've read the habanero , garlkc shit..... but fuck I'm a procrasinator. But I had no problem with mites from seed. Clones indoor only. Thats my newbie opinion

Ya...I don't mind the burn. But was more iffy about the lung burn. But didnt care to think if I flush and clean before harvest , it prob would done evaporate.

Respirator, if you really plan on growing, sometimes there's simply no other way. Although I'm considering CO2 and a space suit.

Well , I got a veg cabinet built , I was supposed to flower in it too, but I think it's more worthwhile to invest in one of those tents ....and use the cabinet to veg

If you really want a biological answer, 'predator mites'. There are several species to choose from that are commercially produced for this purpose.
Generally, it's hard to keep a colony alive indoors because their homes get harvested every coupe of months, and it is important to maintain environmental conditions favorable to them, such as higher humidity. Commercial greenhouse growers just reorder periodically to counter these issues.
They will NOT stop an out of control infestation; it will take too long to build the population to save your crop. What they do well is maintain a presence and stop infestations from gaining a foothold.
Occasionally, you'll see a colony of predator mites 'farming' their prey- this would be an ideal situation, especially if you can manage to get them to do it on your mother plant!
One way to encourage this is to run a cool mist humidifier near where you want them to congregate, near where the prey is.
Do some research; it's a pain to get started but they can work if you're willing to make the effort.

So far with no german beavers forthcoming, apparently, I'd settle for a duck bug.
