I have grown THC Bomb about 6 times , the smoke is very good, Lemon fuel smell . it is a true 7-8 week strain as long as you do not stress ,

They are compact and very bushy so light penetration is key

being the amount of foliage the plant produces they can handle a lot of N

easy to clone , very strong stable strain , they will herm though if there is a light leak during flower. had 2 of a 6 grow herm, they were right by the door where the leak occurred from the bottom of the door. that was the only time so I can attribute the 2 plant herm from light leak.

they produce well in soil ,but better in hydro.

THESE ARE AT DAY 37 OF FLOWER. sorry for the HPS

you will have to take out the bottom third ,unless you are doing a stacked vert lighting set up .because buds form everywhere .006.jpg005.jpg004.jpg003.jpg001.jpg002.jpg

Hey guys,
been hearing great stuff about bomb seeds, looking for a heavy hitter indica,

i kind of either want bubble bomb or berry bomb.

Can an anyone chime in on the diff of bubblegum vs blueberry. What would you guys recommend. Also might try some white rhino! Any suggestions of seeds (fem) that you think I should consider please feel free to contribute!
bomb seeds are just that the BOMB..i grew the bomb berry, bomb thc and bomb widow outdoors last year..i got the berry bomb to 9ft 11ich and got just over 1 pound of it..it was the most beautiful plant i ever grown..lime green with redhairs all in it..it is not purple like that website shows tho lol bomb thc is another classic..huge yeilds and skunk flavor..i used all fems and im getting more bomb berry this year..im also gonna try the kush bomb and cherry bomb they got..my whole grow this year outdoors will be bomb, paradise and HSO seeds

Here is my post about cherry bomb from another seed review on bomb seeds.

"I have harvested cherry bomb twice now & growing my 3rd run of it. It has earned a spot in the monthly rotation. I can tell you she LOVES to be topped. Her side branches stretch so much they create 4 & 5 tops from just topping once. I'm now putting them under a screen when I put them into flower to redistribute the stretchy branches. so far it's working great. Also she is a great yielder. 60 day veg from seed produced 8oz on 1 plant........ (sharing a 1k light with other strains total weight was 24oz's for the light)2nd run 30 day veg from clone 5 plants under 1k hps totaled 20oz'sShe produces small hairy nugs even when not topped but a ton of them. Starts flowering fast in 2nd week then slows around week 4 till week 6 starts up again putting weight on. Finishes at 60 days. The smell alone gives her bag appeal when dried & cured. Strong cherry smell.Same cherry taste but more subtle. The high is real stoney. Just wanna laugh & zone out.here is the first plant from seed at day 21 flower."

Also 8 plants 30 day veg from clone day 27 flower under the screen i was talking about. First attempt with a screen.

Hello,

Just in case anyone is interested in trying out the Berry Bomb, you should be aware of the differences in the pheno types. I purchased a pack of seeds due to their advertised 7 week flowering time but ended up with all Sativa, and if my friend with the same pheno type is correct, it carries an 10-12 week flowering time. My babies are on Day 29 in the attached photo, and clearly are a strong Sativa. These are not 7 week plants. I still had to tuck under the SCROG after week 4! Oh, and only 5 seeds germinated, the lowest rate I have ever had in 28 years. The THC bomb, on the other hand, met with 100% success, as do most of the seeds I have purchased in the past.

I have to wait and see the final product, but this was my X-mas crop and now it is more like a late January crop. I would never have gone for this strain had I known about this, so buyer beware!

Cheers,
Ron

Sorry about unexpected sativa doms. Were these reg or fem beans? I have a pack of regs I've been sitting on for a minute. Thanks for the info Ron!

Those were regular seeds. Hope you get the type you were expecting! I love Sativa but I plan things out in advance and this just throws a really big wrench into the situation, not only with the X-mas cash situation but the veg room has replacement plants that will be much too large by the time the room is ready. I think this is one of the pitfalls of dealing with hybrids. I'm looking at some fast finishing 100% indica strains right now.
Cheers!

I've finished 2 diff. pheno's of THC bomb and for some reason in hydro + co2 they STRETCH like crazy mofo's and the calyx swell up like crazy but they stay wicked fluffy (well one phenol was not extremely fluffy but still wasn't dense enough to my likings), THC bomb was complete junk in dro conditions that everything else I've ever seen works fine, however for some reason, flowered a 3mo. old thc-bomb clone that was vegging in a 1gal smart pot, put it in 12/12 under a 1k leaving it in the same 1gal soil and fed it mother plant food (lol I didn't really give a shit about the thing just wanted to see what would happen).. shit you not they came out better in the soil, very dense nuggets, no stretching at all, much better smell, and IDK shit boggles my mind.

edit: forgot to mention the wicked stretchy ones ended up being the 13 week finisher and the not so stretch; yet still too stretch and airy in dro; but came out good under same light but very shitty soil conditions came out the most dense and best in just 8 weeks so if you're running the thc-bomb I'd recommend at least finding the 8 week pheno.. just my 2 cents.

That is ridiculous to have phenols ranging from 8 to 13 weeks. If a breeder can't pin down a 2 week harvest window then the strain should never be released.

For the strain description, under flower time, they should put "Not a fucking clue"....in the interest of full disclosure.

Yeah for real, couldn't agree more with you... flower time is pretty f'n critical in some situations.

edit: found a pic from the 8 week that was from dro, looks OK to most people but the effects just weren't there I'd have to rate it as low as a 3/10 unfortunately.. not even gonna bother looking for 13w phenol pics finished because in my eyes the shit was practically un-smokeable.. it stretched at all angles and there was like formation's I've never seen before not to mention clearly was a hermie I picked off male sites left and right towards the end.. wouldn't recommend trying any bomb seeds even if you were given each and every strain for free as a bonus to your better seed purchase!

I would say this puts Bomb seeds entire catalogue in question, if both THC Bomb and Berry Bomb have such disparity in their flower times.

This huge gap in flowering time has cost me Xmas for my kids, because my wife and I (both medical patients) invested all our money to get this off the ground. We purchased THC Bomb and Berry Bomb for their short flower time and high yield, expecting to have product for the dispensaries in early December. Now we're in financial duress, are fighting, and we have two rooms coming close to the same time which puts us in danger of being over our legal limit of dried product, and it puts they entire 4 room system completely out of whack. It is nothing less than false advertising, and I agree with st0wandgrow that this strain is unreliable and should not be sold.

Still waiting for a reply from Bomb Seeds.

I think your missing the fact that they probably just threw two strains together and called it a day. Many companies do this and I have hardly had any seed flower in the amount of time listed. Usually it is a week or two extra needed. To get butthurt about the weeks it takes is lame. If the end product is good life is good.
