As more people catch it, and walk around in public with it, the more risk the general population will have of exposure to it. Pretty soon the only question they will need to ask is "Have you been out in public"?

National guard? Local police? Swat? Fbi? None of which will every agree with taking an entire family against there will. They are people who will defy rules just like you or i.
