If the pundits are correct, the Republicans will be grinding the faces of the Democrats into the gravel. This will certainly be entertaining and an appropriate comeuppance for the dastardly Dems.

Unfortunately, it will mean the rise of the almost as dastardly Republicans.

The only good news I see is the gradual ascension of the libertarian movement, mostly in the ranks of the Republican party. As far as I can tell, any notion of individual freedom is a dead letter in the Democratic party.

I was a freshman in college when he busted the air traffic controllers union. I hated him for it. He then basically gave all the demands to the new guys that the old guys were striking for.
