when obama signed it into law and won in 2012 overwhelmingly, that was NOT a referendum.
when marco rubio and ken cuccinelli called the virginia election a referendum on obamacare and lost, that wasn't a referendum either.
but when you get the lowest turnout in 70+ years to propel republicans to a completely expected victory, it was suddenly a referendum.

I have never experienced a person in real life that lies like you do. Other than a penny stock promotor you take the cake. And I don't see Obamacare going anywhere. If anything happens to it I hope it is locking in what I pay because if it goes up 20% per year like it did this year we will all be fucked.

In March 2010, CBO and JCT projected that the provisions of the ACA related to health insurance coverage would cost the federal government $759 billion during fiscal years 2014 through 2019 (which was the last year in the 10-year budget window being used at that time). The newest projections indicate that those provisions will cost $710 billion over that same period.
So, let's use $710B / 5 years. (2014 - 2019) = $142 Billion per year for the first 5 years. This will never go down only up.
$142B / .008B subscribers = $17,750 per person per year, already.
And for this cost, the Admin sneaked in tax and lied about it so the Critters could spread the lie and fool the People.
Here is the list of new taxes and it is the first time we have a value add tax structure on Medical.
20 new or hiked taxes.
