In the research i've done it said you can and they are all healthy and lots of stems where ive bin defoliating so I'm going to carry on doing it.

it will recover faster from the topping and will grow faster if you dont....imo

Letting it just grow will make it grow faster however i want it to grow how I want it to grow which will take longer but will produce more bud as there will be a shorter node to stem with what I'm doing.
Plus easier to manage and means i dont have to lolipop if all goes right (which it is in my flowering room)

Oh yeah, I've topped as well and ive lsting my bigger plants by getting zipped ties around my pot then tying stems off that and holding them down and first proper one indoors on my own! Helped a mate out with a wardrobe grow with no research= fail
1 outdoor grow which turned out okayish.
