Tamales... Working on those...my tamale lady is balking at making so many.... She told me she's not as young as she used to be... I'll get back to you on tamales.
I'll think of something if that doesn't work out....maybe a fresh pasta salad with lots of good stuff in it.....or, a big pan of roasted veggies or .......
