Hard core elements of the pentagon are still holding out with half a dozen hardcore extremists of the old and defunct al-Qaeda.org
Establishing their very own Gitmo base in the cash struck Uruguay, and with President Mujica's permission, any mention of under the table deals are still very hush hush, but as many know, the deal with El Salvador back in 2012 went thru for 2 'heads' of which El Salvador did very well out of it

Obama has pledged to close the Gimo. camp in Cuba, which was opened in 2002 as a place to ''detain'' enemy combatants..lol, ...but it seems the pentagon is only gonna re-open those top secret cia camps ..that caused such a stir back home,

I think vice did a short documentary where they smoked with the pres if Uruguay. Gonna go check that out now. I skipped it the other day. Lol
