I will take that as you have never set foot on the continent
Is this somehow supposed to devalue an opinion of someone about a place that they had never been there?

I took african history, pre colonial african history, and a history of Islam in africa class in college you feckless twerp. I've read probably half a dozen books on the subject.

Some beautiful art and primaries pottery.

Not much impressive can be found.

The best time to be an African was 1850 to 1950. If you look at their rhetoric for independence it was "we can run the show on our own now."

Clearly they can't .

the reason why giving birth is difficult in africa is because of female circumcision not small hips.

in addition to having the clitoris sliced off, the vaginal lips are sew shut in order to pleasure the male.

urinating can take up to 30 minutes.

the mere thought disgusts me:spew:

i wrote a paper about it.
While I totally oppose female circumcision, it is limited to muslim africa. It's a recent phenomenon.

It's not been going on long enough and widespread enough to have any impact on what we're talking about.

In my free time, the only time I don't read is when I'm trying to decide on what to read.

again, you didn't answer my question.

it's pretty unfair in debate to have an opinion and then not answer questions about your thought process.
Please go to the post where I replied to you. Read it, it is an answer. It was my definition of the terms you asked about.

How the instances of forced segregation or forced integration manifest is secondary. I'm afraid you aren't as focused on the relevant similarity between both, the employed force, as I am. Forcing people to do anything is the point, whether it be demanding a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or a hand job, instances of initiated force cannot be justified. If you think they can, why do you like forcing people to do things?

ya know..i'm starting to get this weird feeling..

he doesn't want us to pick apart his argument.

which we would.

In order to rebut an argument, it might be important for you to understand it first. I'm not sure you are up to the task.

However, if you stay on topic, I'd be happy to have a reasonable debate, if that's your intention.

You're black. You wouldn't know anything about africa either.
actually I'm more of a mid brown, like a smokey pecan if you like.
Far as me knowing Africa, I spent 22 years USAF traveling most of the world. Spent time under CENTCOM and AFRICOM which took me to the continent of Africa quite frequently.
Wife being able to trace ancestry back from Jamaica to Nigeria influenced our family trip to the Delta, Edo, and Lagos States.

Smokey you live in a world that is going to pass you by with your old time backwards thinking

again I would suggest you travel and see the world for yourself. I'm sure the Army could help the likes of you.

Both. I started my time enlisted... after obtaining my BS whilst in the USAF I was able to get into OTS in which I was then commissioned.
Africa only sucks to those who have not seen the beauty of her. I really suggest you get some traveling done in your life time

that is soooooo cool.

i'm gonna check it out!

thanks for the info:hug:

didn't you say it was illegal or were you kidding?
It is illegal to SELL raw milk for human consumption in the state of Florida. You can buy all the raw milk you want for your"pets". There are only 10 States in which raw milk can legally be sold on a retail level.

The FDA considers ALL raw milk sales as illegal.

The geography is beautiful. The cultures have beautiful aspects to them.

As I said, I've got a fairly strong academic education with respect to Africa.

There are only a handful of places on the continent there that are suitable for habitation in my eyes.

It is mired in internal strife. There is a tribal and not a national mentality to most of those countries.

By the way, Rushton’s research has shown that the average IQ and head size of African American officers in the US military is higher than the same for white enlisted men.

I think your stupid is getting in the way of your ignorance, making for a lot of confusion in your mind.
Without Africa...there is no you.
Let us start with baby steps with you. Try just leaving the county ( or parish) you live in

That's an asinine thing to say.

You're right though. There is nothing wrong with africa. It's a beautiful place full of valuable resources.

It's just the people living there that get in the way.
