So I read this thread and just wanted to point out all the misconceptions. Mostly from the OP.
First of all there is no international court involved, none, nada, zip. It's a US Federal court.
Second of all, there isn't going to be a criminal trial, no one can go to jail or prison. The most that can happen is that a monetary award will be given.
Third: Lively will be found not liable
