Not to be a smart ass and I know I am the one asking for advise but I've watched all those videos and read all I can find about growing I'm just a amature grower with a lot of knowledge that has experienced a lot of problems....

Biggest mistake most people make is giving the plant TOO MUCH ATTENTION. By that I mean they give them too much water, too much nutes, and try to cut, top, train the damn thing, all the while they have a total of 100 watts of CFL and can't figure out why the plant isn't growing.

seriously? is it so hard to let OP know to start feeding at 1/4 strength when they are well established (about 2-3 weeks) and work up from there, and to transplant them when the roots fill the pot, which can be discerned by noting how much time they can go between waterings?

because that's all OP asked.
Well thats just the tip of the iceberg.. theres a shit load of stuff that hes got to do before and after the harvest that might b causing him problems..

this

it lets chlorine evaporate form the water.

granted, a day or two will only remove 20% or so of chloramine. you need about a week for its half life to do its thing and it will be gone completely.
I use charcoal filters, have for years now why I didn't look any farther
