As much as you can afford to bet. I'll even give 2 to 1 odds.

It would truly be awesome and he would be considered one of my favorites if he did that. I'm never going to forget killing citizens then bragging about being pretty good at killing, but this would go a long way toward thinking he really does have a heart.

No one has commented on the fact that they are targeting a voter approved rec program, while not targeting a voter approved medical program. wtf?

That along with no mention of Sched 1 in official language and release of the text of lawsuit, the day after the finalizing of a budget that has a provision, people are screaming, "legalized medical marijuana", which is reality, was just language not to spend money, not necessarily not prosecute. People are funny. This is what happens when you take sides. Obfuscating so badly that you confuse your original intent. Classic.

Hate to break it to ya sky, but Presidents can only pardon FEDERAL criminals. He can't pardon anyone in the pokey if the state/county put them there.

So sorry, if you're in jail that means you aren't in Federal prison, so sorry.

Probabaly, but you said everyone in Jail.
Jail is less than a year in a county institution. People who have only committed misdemeanors go to jail, never prison.
Prison is for felons only and felons all have sentences longer than 1 year.

That's my English lesson for you today.

What Oklahoma and Nebraska (both red states, Oklahoma as red as it gets) are implying with their actions is that State's Rights are not constitutional. Republicans make terrible libertarians.
