If it looks like that picture I would wager money on a fungus infection, not a deficiency, that doesn't look like a deficiency at all to me.

I highly doubt Calcium or Magnesium will help that plant.

Look here for more on rust fungus spots.

At a minimum if it's fungus, cut everything that is infected off and treat the rest with anti-fungal.

How many leaves are affected? Where are they? Any pattern?

If they are localized and spreading, that is a sign of an infection. If they are distributed that is a sign of deficiency.

im thiniking the same maybe its happening to the leaves its gunna drop eventually. my soil ph has never been under 6.5 and never higher then 7.0 and only 7.0 when i feed nutes

on my plant its localized to the central cola i have allready taken off the affected leaves and am keeping a close eye on the plant...thx for the input and will look for any spreading closely...

I'm having a rusty issue too It isn't affecting any top fan leafs tho it's on about four in the middle of my plant any suggestions ?!? Healthy plant other than this problem !

Actinovate if you confirm or strongly suspect fungus. I haven't used it, but looks like it gets good results from other folk's posts.

Spraying your plants increase the chance of this, FYI. Don't spray your plants. (with rare exception)

Since fungus likes moisture and less light, I would expect it would start where it's least bright and most moist. Look for those conditions at your sight. Also fungus will stay moist, deficiency rust is crunchy.
