Hi I'm 8days into my stealth grow and I looked today and there is some discoloration that kind of looks like rust. Not sure what it is. The rest of of the plants look fine just a few little spots on most but my best plant has the biggest spot. I know that I have seen this in growers guide before but I can't find it now that I really need to. Unfortunately I can't post any pics of it at this time. Some have a couple of little tiny yellow spots on them and if I look at t underside it looks like thin spots as you can kinda see light through them. I'm on a low budget so I'm using a mix of mg and mg starting soil and perlite 1/3 each. I slightly over watered two days ago but they had mostly dryed out to normal by to day. Was gonna move them to dwc today but now not sure what do. I have never had my plants get so big so soon and they really looked good so I really really don't want to lose them. The best one already he two nodes which I have never seen this soon before. Any help would be great. Tks

I wish I could but I have no means of doing so at the moment. I took another look and it almost looks like rusty water was dropped on it and dryed

glad it works for you
i cant organics in my DWC gets root rot fast
Hi I was taught that if you wash all traces of soil off roots it worked fine and it has for me in the past. I wish that I could have started them another way but my dwc was in use by a friend and he was late getting it back to me. I had already started seeds so had no choice. I do add small amount of peroxide a few days after I transfer them and that helps stop any root rot from getting started. Hope that will be of some help. I'm fairly new to dwc but I've had some good teachers. Wish the y could help me now lol

No, Epsom salts is magnesium. The best solution is calcium sulfate. Dirt cheap and will also add some sulfur which will help with trich production as well.

When I'm in doubt of what to do with my plants, the last place I go is here.
Too many differences of opinion. Google works better.
The first thing I do, is flush. Flushing is very important when you see something weird
going with your plants. Once flushed, you can slowly figure out the problem.
