Since I don't see them anywhere else, is it at all worthwhile to pick these ones off and wait and see if any others develop?

Its been done successfully, but it isn't without risks if you have other plants in there that could be pollinated.

if its just where you show`d on the pic then you have 3 options

1 scrap the plant

2 cut off the male parts and keep an eye on it

3 top the whole top part that has shown to hemi and hope the lower part buds up nice

Options 2 & 3 sound kind of dicey. I'm afraid there can easily be something that i don't notice. Regrettably, i think it's going to be option #1.
