Help plant split in half

Idk what to do my plant split where I topped it and I don't know what to do I took a sting and tried to mend it will this help any advice on what I should do!image.jpg

I would use a little medical tape. The string might cut into the plant and restrict some capillary action.

i had a major disaster much worse than this a couple of weeks ago. Middle of flowering -half of the plant hanging by a thread. taped it up, and its absolutely fine. It didnt even wilt.

Some of the energy that could have gone to buds will be wasted in repairing it. But ur not in flowering so dont even have that issue really.

I wouldn't have taped/tied it. He may have just invented a topping technique. Who knows how it would repair that, could get positive results.

New grower here. I guess, I should be thinking like this. I'm hoping to learn how to create & breed strains. Thinking like so would max out yield.

i would put a pipe cleaner on it and slowly loosen up little at time until healed once repaired take it off it shouldn't take long to heal

I zip tied mine like a week ago, I think I am going to cut the zip tie next week. My plant split down the middle during LST, never had it happen before so fingers crossed I didn't do much damage.
